Once we begin our relationship we keep an open line of communication. I will consistently check-in with you (via email, text, phone or video chat) to see how you’re progress is coming as well as answer any questions you may have.

Habitrition is about forming good nutrition and fitness habits. Its about putting knowledge and education into action. That action becomes good choices. The continuation of those choices become a pattern. Those patterns become habits. Many people have an awareness of the benefit of nutrition and consistent exercise. My job is to discover and cultivate how it works for you.

Areas we cover include (but are not limited to) development/heightening of food awareness, scheduling and time management, meal preparation and planning, and setting achievable healthy goals. Through one on one consultations and group sessions I work to show my clients how to apply these good habits and change their lives.

  • Each person and situation is different. Together we disocver how to implement the habitiriton strategy to fit your needs

  • In the Columbus Area? Meet one on one with me and I will work with you to define your nutrition goals and then create a real-life plan of action to help you reach them.

  • Prefer to meet online? That works too. We’ll set up a secure video conference where you can meet with me face-to-face. It’s the next best thing to meeting in person! All you need is a computer with a web cam.

  • Not in the Columbus area, or can’t make it in to meet in person? No problem! I'm is just a phone call away. I'll give you a full consultation, just like you’d receive if you met me face to face.
