28 Day Habitrition Challenge Day 19

7AM – Arise

8:15 AM – Cinnamon apple oatmeal

10:30 AM – 3 Eggs and salsa

12:30 PM – 2 Slices of turkey meat and 2 slices of American cheese

2 PM – Banana and a bottle of water.

6:30 PM – Sweet potato and grilled chicken (mustard) with American cheese

8:30 PM – Trail mix (almonds cashew sunflower seeds raisins)

10:30 PM – Sleep

Today was a good day. Busy but good. Lots of errand and appointments. The temperatur was 74 so I picked my youngest up early and went to the park. Did 3 sets of pull-ups on the swings and enjoyed being outside in a t-shirt.
