Good day!! As the temperature rises as summer is in full swing, I tend to use my blender more often. Here is a repost of one of my favorite smoothies.
Today I have a smoothie recipe for you. It’s simple and has three ingredients. Bananas, strawberries and milk. Sounds easy enough and tastes great.
Let’s get started
3 bananas (frozen)
1 -2 cups of cut strawberries (again I use frozen)
1 cup of milk
Add ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
Pour and enjoy. Makes 2-3 servings.
