7:40 AM – 4 Eggs with Salsa

10:30 AM – Banana and a handful of peanuts with Tea and cream

12:10 PM – Lentil pasta meatballs and meat sauce

2:25 PM – Organic Brown Rice Cake 1 TBS of peanut butter

2:55 PM – 25 oz of water

3:55 PM – String Cheese and Clementine

5:45 PM – 20 oz of water
