28 Day Habitrition Challenge Day 20

It’s The WEEKEND!!

8:45 AM – Wake up butter cup

9:15 AM – 4 egg fried eggs filled with peppers and mozzarella cheese with 2 grilled red skinned potatoes

12:15 PM – 2 brown rice cakes with peanut butter and organic strawberry jam

6 PM – Banana

7:45 PM – Salad with grilled chicken and home made tahini dressing

11 PM – 16oz of water

Weekend days can be tough. I hung out with my daughter and one of my best friends all day. I had long gaps in my eating because I didn’t plan or pack my meals as i was running around. But in the end the day turned out well.
