This Is The Beginning Of The End
7:09 AM – Arise
9:30 AM – Granola and peanuts and a cup of coffee w/cream
12:10 PM – 3 Bean Chili
2:45 PM – Popcorn (probably my new favorite kettle corn) all habitrition approved of course
7 PM – leftover plate from yesterday!! Parmesan crusted chicken, broccoli, 3 grain rice, and sweet potato/butternut squash mash
11 PM – post workout snack bananas and strawberries
This the beginning of the end. Six days left and I’m going strong. I also drank 50 oz of water during the work day which is huge for me. Finally! It only took three weeks.
Keep pushing yourself and finish strong!!
