10:30 AM – 30 oz of water
12:05 PM – Once chicken breast with cheese and hot sauce, one ground turkey slider
1:07 PM – Pretzel slims
2:30 PM – 30 oz of water
3:48 PM – Banana
4:40 PM – Organic applesauce cup
6:30 PM – Ground Turkey Sliders with shredded American cheese, baked red skinned potatoes and a bowl of broccoli, cauliflower, and salsa/guacamole
9:30 PM – 1 Bottle of water
10:50 PM – bowl of granola with skim milk and a coffee with cream
Hump day was a great day. I got a lot of water in today. Which has been my focus this last week. I will continue that focus tomorrow.
