28 Day Habitrition Challenge Day 26

THE WEEKEND IS HERE

5:45 AM – wake up

8:15 AM – granola with almond milk

10:30 AM – 1 Brown Rice Cake

2:10 PM – 3 Ground Turkey Sliders with guacamole and pretzels

7 PM – Black bean chili from fresh thyme market

10:50 PM – Popcorn and cashew mix

Today was a rough day for me. I didn’t feel good at all. It started with stomach issues then once that subsided, it was my throat and ear. Needless to say, I didn’t eat (or drink) much today. But I kept with the challenge. Sometimes it can be easy to give up when life throws a rough patch at you. But don’t worry you can stick with it.
