11:26 AM – Oatmeal with raisins, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries. 6 0z of Orange Juice
6:12 PM – Homemade bowl of goodness. (scrambled eggs, quinoa, California vegetable medley, one baked red skinned potato
8:28 PM – bowl of strawberries and blackberries. 6 oz of orange juice
10 PM – 8 cubed cheese blocks, 11 pretzel crisps, blueberry yogurt
I haven’t been feeling that great this weekend. I went to the doctor and they said I had an early ear infection and some serious sinus issues. My appetite has diminished if you can tell I only ate 4 times today. Usually its at least 6. But on another note, I got a sweet pair of shoes yesterday!! cant wait to test them on the open road soon. I did hop on the treadmill today for 2 miles to see how they felt. So far so good.
